COMPLAINT AND WARRANTY PROCEDURE
1. Goods sold in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. MAT Sp. z o.o. is liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the sales contract existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within 30 days from the moment of delivery of the Goods.
3. The Consumer or the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights has the option to file a complaint in writing, under penalty of invalidity.
4. A submitted complaint should contain a brief description of the problem that is the subject of the complaint, as well as the date and time of its occurrence.
5. Complaints should be sent to the Seller's email address: dok@mat.konin.pl
6. The product subject to the complaint, together with the attached complaint information, should be sent to the address:

7. The basis for considering the complaint is providing the number and attaching a copy of the proof of purchase. Failure to provide this information will result in the rejection of the complaint.
8. Each product subject to a complaint should be reported as a separate complaint, e.g. 1 pair of shoes = 1 complaint.
9. Goods submitted for a complaint should meet the basic hygiene requirements accepted in commercial trade. They should be clean so that an inspection and, if necessary, a repair can be carried out.
(Legal basis: Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 30 May 1995 on detailed conditions for concluding and performing contracts of sale of movable items with consumers, § 17.1. Goods submitted for a complaint should meet the basic hygiene requirements accepted in commercial trade.)
10. Complaints will be considered by the Service Provider within 14 days of their receipt, and in particularly complicated cases within 30 days of the date of receipt of the complaint.
11. The Seller will inform the Customer of the outcome of the complaint by a letter drawn up in writing and sent to the complainant's correspondence address.
12. Goods may be covered by the warranty of the manufacturer, the Seller, or the importer. If the Goods are covered by a warranty, information regarding the existence and content of the warranty and the period for which it was granted will be included each time in the description of the Goods on the Store's website.
